Only the Norway 6 is built on a fully registered, road-worthy trailer complete with VIN number, electric brakes, and 12 months’ registration. It’s designed for easy transport and meets Australian road safety standards.

The Norway 5 model is built on a non-registered display trailer and is intended for placement on private property or sites — perfect for fixed living or guest accommodation.

Each model is fully wired and plumbed, ready for use. The Norway 6 comes with upgraded utilities.

Generally, no planning or building permits are required for a tiny home on wheels as they are classed as a caravan.
